Head of Euskampus Fundazioa Research and Programmes and senior consultant in the field of strategy and operations. Specialist in diagnosis and strategic planning; in advising on the definition and evaluation of public policies; in analysis of development processes and international cooperation; and in project management, monitoring and evaluation. My career began at Deloitte, in the field of Strategic Consulting and Operations for Public Administrations. After a few years, and having become a Senior Consultant, I chose to redirect my career to the academic and scientific field by joining the Civersity Research Group of the Department of Sociology and Social Work at the University of the Basque Country - UPV/EHU. In the past six years, I have been mostly involved in projects related to evaluation through measurement of the economic and social impact of public policies and in research related to urban sociology and social movements.
I hold a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Deusto (2007) and have completed a Master's degree in Globalization of Development at the Instituto Hegoa (UPV/EHU) (2013), a Master's degree in Management of Innovation and Knowledge at the UPV/EHU (2011) and an MBA in Management Development at the University of Deusto (2007).
Since the academic year 2014/2015, I have been a professor of International Trade and Economic Analysis on the degree in International Relations and the dual degree in International Relations and Law offered by the University of Deusto, thereby combining projects in the field of consultancy and research with teaching.
