Stefanie Söbke has been a coach and consultant for Personnel and Organizational Development at CONTUR GmbH (Ltd) Consulting I Training since 2013. Her main emphasis is on Digital Learning, Leadership and Collaboration in virtual space, as well as accompanying change processes.
With great passion she supports companies on their way to use Digital Processes for their personnel and organizational development, thus creating new forms of learning.
As a mother of a small child she mainly works from home and therefore knows from personal experience the advantages but also the pitfalls of virtual collaboration and leadership. One has to find new ways to remain visible from afar – why not enjoy a virtual coffee for the informal exchange with colleagues and partners.
Her extensive experience in different HR functions, a systemic education and her qualification as an eLearning Manager (Certified European eLearning Manager) are her tools – being naturally curious and passionate about learning on an equal basis characterize her attitude and activity.
