Suppliers Convention

In recent years the supplier industry has been playing an ever more significant role in the industrial supply chain. Information exchange between the supplier industry and user sectors as well as within the industry itself is becoming increasingly important in order to break new ground together, particularly in difficult economic times.

The Suppliers Convention - where experts and users will have the opportunity to discuss the latest hot topics such as sustainability, energy efficiency and new technologies - is designed to support these growing demands. Each day is dedicated to a different industry-specific topic and picks up on the latest supplier themes in panel discussions, thought-provoking speeches and expert presentations. At the successful premiere in 2009, more than 800 visitors took the opportunity to obtain information from well-known experts from companies, associations and research institutions from both Germany and abroad.

The Suppliers Convention will again be coorganized by the German Subcontracting Industry Association (ArGeZ), which represents around 8,000 industrial suppliers throughout Germany. The association provides a forum for ongoing dialogue between suppliers and their user industries.
