Huge savings can be achieved by an energy efficient outfit and use in office and factory buildings, and very often this is subsidized. The new display category "Building Energy Technologies" will attract suppliers of new technology, consultants and service providers on the one hand as well as owners, operators and users of non-residential buildings.

Connect with your target market at the world’s biggest trade fair for industrial technology

Located right next door to displays of decentralized energy supply technologies, such as CHP, CCHP and ORC, the showcase is all about the efficient use of energy in new, converted and refurbished non-residential buildings.
Europe has the potential to reduce energy consumption in its buildings by up to 50% by 2050. In Germany, alone, 40% of total final energy consumption is attributable to buildings, with industrial buildings accounting for 10–20% thereof. In Germany, the use of intelligent building services has the potential to cut building energy consumption by 25 to 40%. German companies invest between 20 and 30 billion euros in energy efficiency in buildings every year.
