With the YOUR FUTURE program for young people, HANNOVER MESSE 2023, together with the exhibitors, is for the first time bringing together all the main recruiting measures for schoolchildren, students and young professionals on a central platform in Hall 12.

What is offered?
The program offers a unique platform for future young professionals to match their ideas of job profiles with reality and gain important impetus for their personal careers. Teenagers and young adults get first-hand access to companies and employers in the most important industries.
Partners
Exhibition Space
In the YOUR FUTURE special exhibition area in Hall 12, selected HANNOVER MESSE exhibitors will be presenting themselves as partners of the initiative. In special discussion islands, initial contacts can be made or even concrete discussions can already be held. A classic Job Wall will feature current job offers from companies.
As a sponsoring partner of YOUR FUTURE, HANNOVER MESSE exhibitors will be exclusively integrated into all measures and activities of the young talent initiative. Exhibitors use YOUR FUTURE to present themselves as attractive employers and give young professionals an insight into the modern working world.
Stage Program
On the five days of the trade show, the event will be accompanied by an exciting stage program. Each day of the show will focus on one of the five trend themes at HANNOVER MESSE. On Monday, for example, there will be exciting information on hydrogen and fuel cells, while Tuesday's program will be devoted to the topic of carbon-neutral production. Wednesday is all about energy management, Thursday is all about Industry 4.0, and Friday will then address the topics of AI, machine learning, innnovation and diversity in the world of work.
While the morning program is primarily aimed at students and young professionals, after the lunch break there will be interesting information on the topic of training.
Participation and Travel
Bus Tours for Students
Bus trips to HANNOVER MESSE are organized in cooperation with the student initiative "bonding". Planned starting points are currently the university locations of Aachen, Berlin, Braunschweig, Bremen, Erlangen, Hamburg, Kaiserslautern and Karlsruhe.
Of course, students can also take part in the YOUR FUTURE platform program as part of their own excursion, enjoying special benefits thanks to the comprehensive supporting program and organization. Groups of 20 or more benefit from numerous services offered by the YOUR FUTURE initiative as part of a day trip.
School excursion package
YOUR FUTURE offers a special school excursion package for companies that want to invite students from their region to HANNOVER MESSE, as well as for self-organized class trips to HANNOVER MESSE. It includes all the necessary services for an exciting day at an "extracurricular place of learning". In addition to admission tickets, this includes lunch and drinks, personal tour guides to design and accompany the day's program, and, in the case of bus travel, a special entry ticket directly to the exhibition center.
This package gives young people aged 15 and over an insight into the exciting world of HANNOVER MESSE and perhaps the first impetus for their own career choice.
