Based in Jönköping, DETAB ECOMAT from the partner country for HANNOVER MESSE 2019 specializes in high-quality standard feeder solutions for various finished and semi-finished goods in the automation industry. Its product portfolio boasts end-to-end solutions based on modular system components and covers the entire supply chain – from delivery pallets and product positioning right through to alignment, processing and final packaging. DETAB ECOMAT is now in the Sweden Co-Lab pavilion to show off some impressive exhibits, including the DG Flex Feeder.

The DG Flex Feeder is a patented vibratory feeder for the silent, smooth handling of parts of any shape or design measuring between three and 200 mm. Its built-in ECOVISION 5000 quality control system sorts, positions and counts the parts - doing so with high capacity and within a specified cycle time. The system features an integrated buffer magazine, too, which ensures the continuous feeding of parts. For batches of a particularly large volume, the DETAB pallet/box emptier can be additionally built into the system to gain complete control over the flow of parts. What’s more, the DG Flex Feeder can also set fixed picking positions for the components, and can be used for machining, packaging and quality checks. Last but not least, the system is simple to operate, meaning it can be rapidly modified for new parts or products.
