The Zuffenhausen-based corporation, which intends to go into series production with the Taycan 2019 as the first all-electric Porsche, is aiming for a development partnership with Rimac given its six-billion-euro electric offensive . “The partnership with Porsche is a very important step for Rimac. Our goal is to be a modular and system supplier for automotive manufacturers in the fields of electrification, connectivity, and driver assistance systems, “explains Managing Director Mate Rimac .

The Croatian company based in Zagreb focuses on high-voltage battery technology, electric drives, and the development of digital interfaces between man and machine (HMI).
