Alliander Mobility Services places drivers at the center of their eMobility concept: “By removing barriers that drivers currently face in charging their electric vehicles, we are promoting the expansion of eMobility, which creates new markets and new business opportunities and leads to fresh innovations.” The vision of the company, whose German subsidiary is based in Berlin: the future charging infrastructure will let users charge their vehicles anywhere, anytime – no matter the manufacturer, charging technology, operator or country. Alliander wants to bring in various partners to implement this vision of a charging infrastructure that is both driver-centered and streamlined in terms of cost and organization: municipalities above all, but also businesses, public authorities, manufacturers, mobility providers and grid operators.
