Brief Overview of Scope of Services and Instructions for Use

  • On-site ticket sales at box offices are not offered. You can always buy your ticket online in time.
  • There are no price reductions for people with disabilities. If an accompanying person is entered on the disabled person's pass, this person will be admitted to the event free of charge.
  • The ticket entitles the holder to access the exhibition grounds and to use the digital visitor services on the HANNOVER MESSE website.
  • With the ticket and your online registration you will receive personal access data for the exclusive event area on the website with your personal dashboard.
  • Please note that the ticket cannot be used as a ticket for public transport.
  • Dogs are generally not allowed on the exhibition grounds.
  • Reduced tickets are valid for students upon presentation of a valid certificate of study/student ID at the entrance.
  • All prices include VAT at the legally valid rate.
