Description

Additive manufacturing (or 3D printing) is an emerging technology in the context of Industry 4.0, which is used in many industries for prototyping and manufacturing innovative functional parts. The speaker will show some real cases of 3D printed metal parts in fluid power, such as hydraulic manifold and heat exchanger. He explains the potential benefits of metal additive manufacturing, the limitations, and all aspects that must be considered when implementing this technology.
