Building automation systems play a central role in the energy-efficient operation, climate comfort and value retention of modern building equipment. However, many studies have shown that, not only at  commissioning but also during normal operation, the efficiency targets of such buildings remained far behind. Therefore, in August 2017, the Working Group for Machinery and Electrical Engineering of State and Municipal Administrations, which is assigned to the Federal Ministry of Construction, published a recommendation to ensure that buildings achieve their technical and economic operational goals quickly. With the self-developed "digital test bench", synavision offers the world's first software for specification, testing and monitoring of automation functions. Thus, the process defined by the AMEV can be carried out digitally and economically.
