This lecture introduces new methods for an intelligent automation of robot programming. It spans a range from classic robot programming via a manual operating device to offline tools and intelligent automatisms. Examples from robot practice round off the lecture and illustrate how SMEs can already benefit from the possibilities of digital transformation in day-to-day business. Teaching a robot for many positions including approach and departure strategies collision-free still takes a considerable amount of time, even with efficient teaching methods. But computer-aided teaching can be done with just a few mouse clicks. For contours or surface aaplications is the impressive time saving even more significant.
