Description

Energy supply in the industrial production is becoming more and more important with regard to quality, costs and availability. Great potentials lie in a DC power supply for production. Key challenges on the way to a DC factory lie in the development of technical components as well as planning and operation of DC grids. The supply network and the grid management have to be real-time-capable, robust, reliable, flexible and reconfigurable. In order to meet these requirements, new concepts are necessary.
