What is presented?

Digital data (number sequences) these days is not consistently defined. Based on this fact, we propose a new data structure “UL plus number sequence”, whereby UL is a particularly efficient link to the definition of the number sequence and a clear identifier at the same time.

What is special?

All users can predefine digital information in detail and efficiently via UL with maximum proficiency.  This enables experts from a certain field (such as medicine or technology) to precisely define the variables (numbers) which describe the relevant and key details.

What are the potentials?

The new, globally predefined data can be concisely compared and searched for. The users select the search criteria. Various data types can thus be unambiguously identified worldwide. This avoids high costs from interoperability problems, data silos and redundancy.
