Description

The weight and height of cobot grippers and their adaptability to different surfaces and shaped defines the flexibility of a cobot. Using the latest high-quality 3D-printing production technologies and integrating Industry 4.0 capable compressed air driven ejectors increases the lifting capacity and adds functionality by allowing communication with other devices like sensors and intelligent controllers, thus enabling real-time adjustments during operation; Increasing productivity through the collected data, monitoring the production environment, and minimizing downtime with predictive maintenance. The intelligent control elements ensure situation-specific adaptation of the system to optimize energy efficiency, to simulate processes in advance via a digital twin and to optimize them before use. The presentation will show how vacuum based cobot grippers increase flexibility, reduce selection times and operating costs thanks to reduced downtime and optimum process control.
