Traditional business models are being turned upside down by digital transformation in all industries. In order to make the upcoming upheavals successful, companies need to position themselves in digitized ecosystems and develop their organization and portfolio for that purpose. For startups, corporates and venture capital investors, this transformation offers opportunities for attractive returns in all markets - if they substantially internalize the logic of ecosystem economics. In the presentation we would like to present our structuring logic of the Ecosystemizer developed from applied research with more than 300 managers and investors ( With that concept we provide an intuitive framework that helps companies to clarify their positioning whithin the ecosystem and to define which offers they can make and which partners and cooperations are expedient here.
