HANNOVER MESSE 2020,
20 - 24 April
· Availability-oriented business models can only be found isolated in industry due to different aspects, e.g. there is no adequate approach for their development. Furthermore, there is no transparency of the machine condition due to missing data and suitable analysis algorithms. This is the reason why companies hesitate to offer availability guarantees. The research project InnoServPro, which is funded by the BMBF, tackles those issues and demonstrate by means of three use cases how availability-oriented business models can be developed and realized. The main task of FBK is to elaborate the development approach for the availability-oriented business models for product-service systems. In this approach, different tools of design thinking are used to ensure a customer-oriented development approach. Furthermore, the approach can be induced in two ways, via market-pull or technology-push, which enhance the applicability in industry.
