In order to make the customer service more efficient we have developed a so-called Agent +AI® model, which we integrate into the existing customer service of companies. The system helps to automatically answer questions received via chat, email or messenger channels or to automate processes and at the same time provides customer service agents with response suggestions to increase their efficiency. The algorithm behind our solution is
based on a technologically highly complex artificial neural network, also called " convolution neural network" and " long short-term memory".
