Description

Much of the debate around Industry/Manufacturing 4.0 so far has focused on the technological and workforce issues involved in enterprise-wide digitalization. Yet the role of manufacturing enterprise leaders and leadership teams will become increasingly fundamental to achieving successful 4.0 transformation and delivering true business value in the years ahead. In this special Manufacturing Leadership Council panel session, senior U.S. manufacturing executives from multiple industry sectors will share their exclusive insights, experiences, and forward-looking perspective on the key attributes, skills, qualities, behaviours, and mindsets that will be needed by manufacturing company leaders in a 4.0 world.
