‘Turning ideas into innovations’ - This theme is being used to showcase the development of various projects funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy - from the idea right through to the market-ready product. The booth is split up into different areas in which visitors can experience multiple development stages of innovative products: from funding, advisory services and networking support provided by the ministry as the ‘Innovation Engine’, to the ‘Think Tank’ and the ‘Production Line’ presenting companies and project management agencies that develop innovative ideas, right through to the finished product at the ‘Marketplace’. The projects being showcased focus on artificial intelligence, electric mobility and resources, and the digitisation of industry, presenting the innovative strength of German industry. There will also be a wide-ranging programme of performances and events spotlighting bilateral economic relations with this year’s partner country of Sweden.
