The insys GmbH distributes the results of the R&D activities of the Institut für Mechatronik e. V., Chemnitz. Products of the alaska product family are offered, which enable the simulation of the dynamic behavior of mechatronic systems on the basis of the multi-body system method. Results of such simulations are motions and internal loads of systems due to external and internal influences. Furthermore, software for digitizing of human movements and human-technology interactions is offered. Real-life motions and interactions with the environment are recorded, reconstructed and simulated using the biomechanical human model Dynamicus. Based on the motion simulation, the motion can then be evaluated according to ergonomic criteria.The services offered include consulting on modeling and simulation, the development of simulation models, the execution of user-training courses as well as customer- and application-specific adaptation and enhancement of these software products.
