The spectrum ranges from automation and drive solutions to machines, vehicles, household appliances to networking production plants and Smart Grids. Because of the symbiosis of engineering technology and informatics these are user-friendly, reliable and resource-efficient. Awarded in the Leading-Edge Cluster Competition of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research it's OWL is regarded as a pioneer for Integrated Industry and makes important contributions to Germany's competitiveness as an industry location.
