In many companies, quality assurance processes are still manual. The visual inspection of manufactured products, for example, is carried out by trained personnel who determine the quality of the products to be acceptable or inappropriate based on learned rules and knowledge. Among other things these are the reasons why such a procedure in quality assurance is no longer up to date and offers enormous potential for optimization. By using sensors such as cameras in combination with artificial intelligence, it was possible to detect up to 95% of unidentified errors in various customer projects, while at the same time saving more than 70% of time.
