Blades for precious stones sawing.Blades are intended for mechanical sawing of diamond crystals and other precious stones. Blades are manufactured from tin-based phosphorous bronze material.Technical characteristics:diameter, mm - 76;thickness, mm - 0,04-0,09;diamond-charged layer width, not less than, mm - 12-15;sawing blades consumption, up to, blades per carat - 0,12;blades' rotation operating frequency, rotations per minute - 12000-16000;blade edge incrementation due to charging, up to, mm - 0,003;applicable raw material recovery after sawing and plane grinding, not less than, % - 94.Blades possess high sawing capacity and sustainability; provide minimal sawing thickness and high quality of plane surface of sawed semi-manufactured precious stones.Diamond-charged layer is formed by ultrasonic charging of efficient blade's surface with diamond micropowder grains, that makes available to produce disks with 0,04 mm in diameter.The developed technology provides guaranteed implementation requirements and reliable fixation of diamond particles in the blade's surface layer.
