CAVITATION METERApplication: to measure and monitor the cavitation activity; can be used to optimize ultrasonic technological processes in fluids, detect cavitation in hydraulic systems and measure cavitation thresholds.Specifications:- supply voltage, V; Hz: 200; 50...60;- power consumption, W: 10;- hydraulic fluid temperature, °C: 4...120;- frequency range of ultrasonic field, kHz: 10...100;- measurement modes: total cavitation activity; transient cavitation activity; transient cavitation activity classified by the intensity of slamming (4 ranges); full sonic pressure (when the calibration sensor is used); all the measurement modes are displayed on a peripheral device; computer interface and data processing software.Advantages: If compared to known instruments this one can be characterized by broader functionalities and lower cost; pioneers a spectral-acoustic principle for measuring the cavitation activity.Economic effect: enables to enhance the efficiency and quality of ultrasonic processing of materials and products, reduce the processing time and the electricity inputs down to 20-30 %.
