Our AI-system searches your manuals, machine monitoring data, previous incidents of other customers and other data to identify possible self-service actions. A technician can support your customers remotly if necessary. The technician has access to all relevant data about the incident, he can pick all necessary tools and parts before travelling to your customer. Our scheduling service optimizes the assignement of technicians according to your preferences like optimal routes / minimal travel costs. CustomerServiceGenie integrates with machine monitoring streams and generates predictive maintenance alerts from them. It also collects incident data in a way that enables predictive maintenance even for machines that are not equipped with modern machine monitoring systems.
