HANNOVER MESSE 2020,
20 - 24 April
Compact CHP units from SOKRATHERM share, regardless the specific model, the consistent implementation of the core characteristics compact, efficient and reliable.
On our stand we exhibit the CHP unit type GG 430. This newly developed CHP unit type with 435 kW electric and 548 kW thermal power reaches a total efficiency of 90,2 % which can be increased even further with the utilization of condensing heat.
The GG 430 reaches not only a higher power capacity but with 40 % also a substantially higher electric efficiency than its predecessor and is especially apt for the energy supply of e.g. industrial sites, hospitals, prisons or district heating. It is equipped with a robust, touchpanel operated industrial PC which provides for a comprehensive remote monitoring and control.
Besides the classic use of thermal power for heating, all SOKRATHERM cogeneration units can -with the corresponding modifications and accessoires- also provide cooling and, in case of a mains failure, provide emergency power for e.g. lighting, elevators, IT and sprinkler systems. With its large share of high-temperature heat the GG 430 also fits welll to the industry applications steam generation or thermal oil heating.
All SOKRATHERM compact CHP units reach excellent efficiencies and contain advanced control technology including internet based remote monitoring. Due to the integration of all components including switchgear cabinet inside the sound absorbing case, they can be set up quick and cost-efficient and are rather quiet in operation. The triple isolation against vibrations prevents impact sound without having to install a costly extra fundament.
Decentralized energy generation
The sewage gas generated in the clarification process is much too valuable to use it in boilers or even burn it away.
