Another highlight on our stand is the 3D model of a linear pressure intensifier, which is used for testing hydraulic connecting elements. It can generate pressures of up to 1,500 bar. The trend towards higher operating pressures in hydraulic systems prompted HAINZL to undertake various activities in this field. The exhibited model of a pressure intensifier is used, for example, for impulse testing of hoses. At the same time, a load unit was developed for precise and highly dynamic pressure and flow control (up to 10,000 psi and 1,200 l/min) on test benches. The essential goal of energy efficiency was fully achieved.
