Practical qualification of future machine learning specialists
Degree of Documentation
The Karlsruhe Applied Machine Learning Living Lab (short for KarAMeL³) transfers knowledge in the current research field of machine learning and its practical use. In the context of final theses, study-accompanying internships, regular workshops, and in non-university competitions, students can gain practical knowledge in the field of machine learning in various application fields.
In addition, hands-on workshops for the qualification of future specialists in the various fields of machine learning, such as deep learning, are carried out. In the integrated lab environment at the FZI, practical work coordinated for this purpose can be carried out in the domains of mobility, robotics, energy and logistics on current target platforms, such as GPU boards, miniature vehicles, drones or robotic platforms.
