The further development of the product line drive-oriented motion control uses in the future CoDeSys version 3 as universal tool for the programming of the automation system in the languages of the IEC 61131-3. COMBICONTROL is available in different performance levels with embedded and IPC solution.Compact, universal and economical: The complete C6 family allows optimally scaled solutions - and it starts with the expansion stage C6-COMPACT. Compared to the classical PLC the embedded control - only slightly larger than a box of chocolates - allows a cost-optimised motion control for small up to medium size machines. Via the integrated Ether-CAT interface, the units are in a position to take over the role of master in the fast cross communication with frequency inverter or servo inverter - e.g. for multi-axle applications. The advantage: Set-up of slim designed, independently working subsystems.The higher scaled version C6-ECON offers the entry into the industrial PC hardware. With it PLC tasks and motion control applications can be executed equally efficiently. C6-ECON is offered according to the varying requirements and requests for the installation as compact BOX-IPC or integrated PANEL-IPC with touch screen monitors from 8 up to 19 inches.Both physical versions are also available for the high-performance industrial PC platform with single-chip or Core¬TM 2 duo chip set for motion control / CNC and visualization in a hardware. Whether BOX-IPC or PANEL-IPC with touch screen monitors from 12 up to 19 inches: The high-performance series C6-PERFORM forms the basis for automation solutions from high-end-motion to CNC applications. The offer is rounded off by small visualization PCs with touch screen monitors up to 12 inches in combination with an efficient software package for the preparation of conclusive visualization and operator interfaces - C6-VISU.
