HANNOVER MESSE 2020,
20 - 24 April
Omron has announced the global launch of the TM series collaborative robot family to realize an innovative manufacturing environment where humans and machines work in harmony. With the various vision functionalities and simple, intuitive programming environment of the TM collaborative robots, OMRON will further enable safe, flexible, and collaborative manufacturing between human and machine.
Omron's TM series provides a unique solution to easily install a robot to automate applications such as picking, packing, and screwdriving. As part of the TM series launch, Omron has released a “mobile-compatible” model which seamlessly integrates into Omron’s market leading LD series autonomous mobile robot. This enables users to automate more complex tasks such as pick and place onto a tray or container, and to connect processes with autonomous mobile robots.
The ideal interaction between man and machine is one of the central themes of the Hannover Messe show which takes place 1-5 April 2019. The automation experts from Omron have put together five tips for companies that are considering the purchase of a mobile robot. The Omron robots, for example, can be found for example in the factory harmony demonstration, which the supplier will be presenting in hall 9 at stand F24 in addition to other innovations in artificial intelligence and human-machine collaboration....
How can manufacturers increase efficiency with the help of artificial intelligence and robotics? How can companies remain competitive, whilst improving safety and quality? Visitors to Hannover Messe, one of the world's largest trade shows that will take place from April 1-5th 2019, can find the answers at industrial automation expert Omron’s booth F24 in hall 9, where innovative interaction between human and machine is one of the key topics. Omron’s innovative-Automation! concept presents a holistic approac...
The process of collecting raw data from machines is completely automated by the new AI controller which operates on the “Edge” within the machine, ensuring higher data fidelity and consistency. In addition, the controller automatically creates data models from correlation analysis and monitors machine status based on that model. Without this automation, machine designers and operators would otherwise need to develop their own analytics and optimization capabilities in order to avoid cloud solution costs.
