With the mobile and programmable system ALFlak, ALPHA LASER offers an effective solution for almost every conceivable requirement. Welding processes can be performed manually or automatically. In automated welding, repetitive welding tasks of series production are "taught in" and processed directly without any further CNC knowledge. Besides a wire feed system for the automatic delivery of welding wires with diameters of 0.3 - 1.2 mm is fully integrable. Ideal for a high material deposit.
The laser welder ALFlak is also available as a fiber laser system with a laser power of up to 900 watts. The option Powder Welding is available as an accessory.
Tedious programming or teaching is a thing of the past. With the available scanner kit the digitization of surfaces is easily possible. A line laser detects the current state of the component and generates a 3D file. The operator manually defines the area in which welding is to take place. Similarly, a target-actual comparison between the original production drawing and the scan file is possible to check the wear and set the deposit rate.
The scanning software transfers the drawing data to the laser controller and the laser process can start after the laser parameters have been determined.
Laser cladding can be applied both in thin layers as wear protection, e.g. for heavily used workpieces such as turbine components, drive shafts, industrial knives ...). For larger defects, laser cladding is used for multi-layer welding.
