Multilayer electromagnetic shields based soft magnetic and copper layers.
Within the scientific and technical program of the Union State of "Kosmos-NT" essentially new technology of receiving multilayered film electromagnetic shields on a basis electrolytically the besieged magnetosoft and copper layers is developed. Electromagnetic shields provide reliable protection of elements of onboard devices of spacecrafts of new generation - microsatellites - from influence of external magnetic and electromagnetic fields. By results of tests (together with Institute of space researches, Russia) multilayered film electromagnetic shields it is recommended to use them on small spacecrafts at planet research Mercury within the international program "Bepi Colombo" in 2013.
It is shown that for high shielding effectiveness of electromagnetic radiation in the frequency range from 0 to 100 kHz should be used multilayer film shields. Most promising from a practical point of view, is the way to build MFS by electrolytic deposition. It provides high technology in the generation and firmly seated against the housing construction MFS details can vary over a wide range and number of thickness of individual layers.
Found that the shielding effectiveness MFS for static magnetic field strength of 1000 A/m is 45-90, which is 3-5 times higher than that of an equal thickness of the single-shields soft magnetic materials, and the frequency of the alternating electromagnetic field 1000-100000 Hz - 85-330, respectively, which are 2-3 times higher than that of an equal thickness of the single- shields soft magnetic materials.
The technological process of the formation of MPE can be used to protect the devices and for various purposes, biological objects and information from external magnetic and electromagnetic fields, electromagnetic compatibility and elements of electronic equipment.
