HANNOVER MESSE 2020,
20 - 24 April
Industry 4.0 means networking at company and plant level through optimal cooperation of all production resources.
The sedApta O.S.A. Suite (Orchestrator, Skillaware, Analytics) is an ecosystem that provides users new "opportunities" in the implementation and execution of supply chain management and change processes. The supply chain processes are innovatively supported and orchestrated by a coordinated management of the planning processes for demand, warehouse, delivery and production. Transparency for easier decision-making and action is guaranteed at all levels.
The sedApta O.S.A. solution integrates all components of the sedApta Suite and can easily work with third-party software solutions.
O.S.A. creates "Digital Twins" from the process of a manufacturing company and supports the company through a structured network that extends and connects the entire supply chain down to the production plant.
sedApta O.S.A solution
Orchestrator is the Business Process Management component that allows processes to be rethought, redesigned and automatically executed. Workflows enable cross-platform and cross-task work.
Skillaware is the electronic Performance Support System (EPSS) of sedApta Suite, which enables users to learn and execute new systems, processes and IT procedures directly at the workplace with the greatest possible efficiency while working.
Analytics is a component that supports all business intelligence activities such as change management, monitoring, production, quality control, logistics etc. Decision-relevant activities of strategy management are highlighted by the Analytics Reporting Framework (Web Reporting Tool) and presented in reports.
