With its multiplicity of types, the PFLITSCH cable gland system UNI Dicht fulfils all the EU requirements for line and cable entries. EMC and explosion protection, insertion of flat and special cables (e.g. ASi bus) or pre-assembled cables through divided sealing inserts or several - even different - lines by a multiple gland can be realised as well as by angle and flange glands. Moreover the combination with corrugated pipes and protective hose for thoroughgoing mechanical cable protection is possible.
Individuality in metal and plastic:
The UNI Dicht gland comprises the gland body and the individual sealing insert. Users assemble their individual gland from these system parts - to meet their conditions of application, cable diameters, ambient temperatures, the number of cables, etc. This is individuality in serial quality!
UNI Dicht comes in the current sizes M4 to M120, as well as in the well-established Pg threads and with international special threads such as NPT, CTG or inch. The system is available in the metals brass, zinc, stainless steel, aluminium and in the plastics PVDF and PA 6-3. PFLITSCH produces the sealing inserts from high-grade TPE, TPE-V and Silicone (LSR). Furthermore, UNI Dicht cable glands achieve a high protection rating of up to IP 68 as standard.
Users can fit their individual cable gland to meet the application requirements: Another connecting thread, bending protection, increased strain relief, angle glands, sealing of flat cables, split sealing inserts for preassembled cables or the combination with hoses or corrugated pipes are simple to realise in the system.
