The scalar network analyzer is designed to measure induced loss, amplification, return loss, and VSWR; to provide the metrology support during production, test, and adjustment of active and passive microwave devices (such as amplifiers, mixers, multiplexers, attenuators, filters, power dividers, etc.).

Application: communication, electronics and microelectronics, instrument engineering, radar engineering and radio navigation.

- maximum frequency sweep of the measuring unit, GHz: full range;
- margin of the relative frequency setting error of the maximal frequency in the range, %: ±0.001;
- frequency instability of the generator output (during 15 min), no more: 1·10-6·Fmax;
- VSWR measurement range: 1.05...5;
- measurement range of the reflection coefficient module |S11|, dB: from 0 to -32;
- measurement range of the transmission coefficient module |S21|, dB: from 0 to -40;
- basic |S11| measurement error, dB, no more: (0.2 + 0.03·|S11|);
- basic |S21| measurement error, dB, no more: (0.2 + 0.02·|S21|);
- output flanges, type: WR-28; WR-22; WR-15; WR-10; WR-7.

Advantages: the system can be easily linked to peripherals using computer interfaces such as Ethernet and RS-232.
