Product description


- manufacturing of industrial and dental diamond tools; electroplating production (thick electrodeposited coatings)


- reverse and impulse electrolysis is employed to apply diamond-containing composite layer onto the cutting tool body.


- possibility to provide different coatings by varying electric parameters of the electrolysis;
- coatings are produced without brightening agents in the electrolyte;
- the number of defects in coating is reduced 3-5 times;
- deposition rates are 5-10 times higher than those of conventional electrolysis;
- pay-back period for the offered technology does not exceed one year.

Technical characteristics:

- current density for composite coatings - 5-30 A/dm2;
- cathode impulse duration - 5-50 msec;
- coating thickness up to 400 um;
- diamond grain size up to 400 um.
