We use modern IT tools in the form of 2- and 3-dimensional CAD (Computer Aided Design) systems for the exchange of data with our customers. The parts of our production potential consisting of CNC-controlled (Computer Numeric Control) equipment are programmed using modern CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) systems or dialogue programming within the CNC system.The production equipment is comprehensive, consisting of both traditional, specialist and high technological machining processes - for examples CNC-controlled - high-speed machining centres- multiaxial lathes- drilling and thread cutting centres- grinding and polishing machines- gear cutting machines- spline drawing centres- laser, plasma and acetylene cutting machines- flange presses- guillotine shears We work with the following CAD systems for the exchange of 2 and 3-dimensional component and structure drawings.- Solid Works- DesignCAD 3D Max- AutoCAD- MastercamThe final exchange formats we generally use are dwg or dxf.Programming of our CNC-controlled machines is done using the following CAM systems- Mastercam- Cimatron- CountorCAM CRM- AID
