Product description

Small, flexible and without integral bearing
Encoder kit for speed and position detection

High measuring accuracy and compact design have made MiniCODERs the most frequently used speed sensors in high-speed spindles in the world.

More than 500,000 pieces are installed, among other things, in machines for high- speed cutting. They are suitable for speed and position detection in all highly dynamic applications.

Implemented customer requirements into new products

Manufacturers of machines and plants are innovative and driven by technology and under constant pricing pressure. The intelligent linking of human, machine and workpiece is the focus of the future project "Industry 4.0".

The MiniCODER plus offers easy programming of various parameters using a unique test and programming device via wireless communication. An operating hours counter for different speed ranges is integrated - the evaluation and monitoring is comfortable and very simple.

The MiniCoder plus provides sinusoidal difference signals of 1 Vpp. It is compatible with all previous versions thanks to the proven stepped design, the signal pattern and the additional functionalities. You can change your machine to the new MiniCoder plus without constructive effort.

Your advantages at a glance

The service tool facilitates adjustment and diagnosis. This reduces the quality and assembly costs.

The MiniCODER plus is tolerant to mechanical stress and electrical interference. This ensures proper operation.

Data available at any time:
The integrated operating time counter records the load of the machine in seven speed ranges. Thus, maintenance intervals can be planned.
