My patience for leadership began with my career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) in 1998.
I`ve been responsible for projects in completely different sectors – strategy consulting to system implementation. Right after PWC got taken over of IBM in 2002, I managed the redirection in the sector of consulting. I also shaped the developement of management in Europe. Thereby I pushed for example the advancement of realignment and the increase of distribution, the introduction of digital networks as well as the transformation of the consulting sector.
In 2007 I cared as the leader of marketing and strategy of the consulting sector about the key accounts as well as the industrial clients of IBM.
In 2009 I assumed the leadership of marketing and leadership.
In 2010 I gained the IBM Leadership Award für Ideas and Concepts that I have realised with my team. Simultaneous I`ve been looking for a professional challenge. I finally switched to sale. I assumed the Mittelstandsgeschäft in Northern Germany of IBM. I`ve been responsible for the market penetration, as well as for the business developement of customer and partner business.
