HGSeliger Management Consulting

Dr. Hendrik G. Seliger supports businesses around the world in making their organizations and their teams more effective. A strong focus of his work lies in transforming procurement organizations.

He served several years as Vice President Supply Chain Management for a German high-tech company, covering procurement of highly specialized parts, materials, and modules from around the world. Before that role, he spent many years in management positions, amongst others, at A.T. Kearney and at Philips Semiconductors (now NXP). While being a German national, he worked and lived for a substantial time in the USA, the UK, the Netherlands, and in South Africa, where he led the turnaround of the Department of Home Affairs. With a solid business background in Supply Chain Management and deep consulting experience in designing and leading large-scale change programmes, his work today centres around transforming supply chain organisations into top-performing teams orchestrating supply networks.

He holds a Master of Science in (elementary particle) physics from SUNY Albany, an MBA from Brunel University with emphasis on strategy and change management, and a doctorate in engineering from the University of Essen in Germany.
