Dipl.-Ing. Michael Tesch completed an apprenticeship as a toolmaker (plastics). From 1989 to 1994 he studied mechanical engineering at the Märkische Fachhochschule Iserlohn, specialising in plastics technology. Since 1994 he has been working at the Kunststoff-Institut Lüdenscheid. Initially working in the laboratory sector, he took over the laboratory management in 1999 and was responsible for this sector until 2006. During this time he focused on damage analysis and material selection.
In 2006, he took over the task of establishing a new department within the company and is now responsible for the Materials Engineering/New Materials division. In addition to consulting activities, the focus of his activities is on the implementation of projects within Mr. Tesch's area of responsibility. Mr. Tesch has also been a member of the Executive Board since 2012.
