Kenichi Fujita is President and CEO of Siemens K.K., Siemens' regional company in Japan. He joined Siemens in 2006 and has held various management positions, including CEO of Siemens VDO Automotive Japan, Director of Energy Sector Business Development in Germany, and Energy Sector Representative in Japan. He was promoted to CEO of Siemens K.K. in 2016.
Previously, Mr. Fujita worked for UFJ Institute (Currently Mitsubishi UFJ Research and Consulting) from 1997 to 2006 as General Manager of Corporate Strategy Department. He was the Head of Global business consulting & Principal.
Before UFJ Institute, he worked at Alps Electric Group. He spent 10 years in Germany as Director of Alpine Electronics GmbH, managing automotive components business in Germany and Benelux.
Mr. Fujita was born in Osaka in 1959 and graduated from Kansai University with Faculty of Sociology.
