The central component of this modular concept is the PSENscan laser scanner. It detects objects on the track even at high speeds and, in conjunction with intelligent control technology, can prevent collisions. The PNOZ safety relay, for example, safely switches the AGV off and on again in the event of danger. But this is only one possible basic configuration. If more complex safety functions are also to be covered, the PSENscan can also be connected to the myPNOZ modular safety relay, which consists of a head module with up to eight freely combinable extension modules. With the help of the myPNOZ Creator online tool, users can then easily put together an individual safety solution tailored to their needs from a wide range of variation options. This can be supplemented as required when functions are expanded in the future, thus offering a high degree of flexibility in the design of mobile applications.
