BRIGE has made the leap from the Young Tech Enterprise startup hub to the big stage at HANNOVER MESSE, thanks in no small part to funding from the city of Hamburg's Innovationsstarter GmbH investment company. BRIGE, a manufacturer of innovative automatic cleaning systems for conveyors, is unveiling its latest innovation at ComVac, the leading trade fair for compressed air and vacuum technology - the B-AIR System for automatic conveyor cleaning using air.

Dust and abraded material in conveyor systems are often the reasons for production stoppages and lead to increased scrap rates for manufactured goods and faster wear of production equipment. To counter this problem, Hamburg-based startup BRIGE has developed the B-AIR System in close collaboration with customers unhappy with high levels of dust and abrasion in their conveyors. BRIGE is thus filling a gap in the market, as no comparable system to B-AIR has so far been available that supports automatic release of dust and abrasion, for example on the conveyor chains. The new BRIGE system of automatic conveyor cleaning using air is designed to integrate perfectly into existing systems and help cut maintenance by over 30 percent in some cases.
