At HANNOVER MESSE 2025, CS INSTRUMENTS will be presenting a range of new product innovations: the LeakCam 600 shows all relevant leaks at a glance; OIL CHECK 500 is the monitoring system for high-precision measurement of the vaporous residual oil content of compressed air and nitrogen – and finally, the CMM 500 Compressor Master Meter is an innovative reference flow meter that has been specially developed for highly accurate measurement of the delivery rate of compressors and for billing compressed air.

The CMM 500 can be used both directly behind the compressor for measurement in wet compressed air and as a compressed air meter for consumption measurement and billing of dry compressed air. The large measuring range of one to 130 and an accuracy of less than 0.5 percent of the measured value (0.2 Qmax to Qmax) are, according to CS INSTRUMENTS, unique. The mounting plate allows for servicing and maintenance (zero point correction, condensate drain, sensor replacement for calibration) at any time, even during operation under pressure.
