    The mtu Ectrolyzer generates hydrogen from renewable energy through PEM electrolysis. It can be used in hydrogen engines or to produce synthetic fuels for aviation, marine and more. Furthermore, it can be used as an energy storage in decentralized energy systems, in combination with a fuel cell the energy is accessible when needed. The mtu Electrolyzer is ideal for Renewable Project Developers, the chemical industry, PTOs or refueling station operators

    mtu Electrolysers are equipped with polymer electrolyte membrane (PEM) stacks from Hoeller Electrolyzer. These can produce hydrogen significantly more efficiently and thus at a lower cost than other stacks available on the market.

    5) How can your product contribute to industrial transformation?

    High-performance electrolysers are one of the key components of the energy transition. They produce green hydrogen, which can be used as fuel both for fuel cells and combustion engines and further processed into synthetic fuels.

    We offer a solution to produce hydrogen cost-effective and on a large scale using renewable energy sources. This is an ideal add-on for decentralized energy systems (off- and on-grid) and contributes to resilient, reliable & cost-effective energy sources for critical industries such as hospitals or data centers. It creates the possibility to store and use solar and wind power, thus making an important contribution to the energy transition.

    6) Are there any other important points that you can think of?

    As energy demands become more decentralized and complex, there's no single solution to the climate and energy crisis.
