Are you interested in participating as a speaker at HANNOVER MESSE? Selected forums and special formats provide the ideal stage to put your solutions in the spotlight. Here you will find detailed information on the topics on which contributions can be submitted.
Call for Papers until 31 January 2020
Presentations successfully submitted by HANNOVER MESSE exhibitors are free of charge.
To apply, simply fill out the Call for Papers form. You’ll receive your login data for the "Daily Fair REF" online speaker’s portal for the thematically appropriate forum by e-mail within 24 hours (on workdays). (Sender’s address: hannovermesse.dailyfair@messe.de).
The following information is required so that we can consider your application:

Please refrain from submitting any presentations with a commercial, advertising character.
Exhibitors at HANNOVER MESSE also have the option of booking a participation package, including a speaker’s slot at selected forums and thus do not need to participate in the Call for Papers.
Presentations successfully submitted startups, research institutes, universities and public institutions or authorities are free of charge.

The following information is required for us to be able to evaluate the presentation:
First/last name, job function, company, presentation title in English and German (max. 100 characters each, incl. spaces), a short abstract (max. 900 characters incl. spaces in English and, if possible, German).

The selection process takes time. Our jury members and other partners will evaluate the submitted papers during the period from the end of January to mid-February 2020. You will then be notified in writing as to whether your paper has been accepted.
No. Substantial changes to the content of a presentation are not permitted. Minor content updates must be sent to hannovermesse.dailyfair@messe.de , as subsequent changes in “Daily Fair REF” are not possible. You can, however, update your speaker’s profile at any time.
You can deliver your presentation in German or English, depending on the countries your target audience comes from.
Generally speaking, a presentation should last from 15 to 20 minutes, including questions from the audience.
