Short bio. of author: Roland Freist, born 1962, studied communication science prior to a period of work experience at the IWT Verlag (publishing house) in Vaterstetten near Munich. He then moved to the magazine WIN published by Vogel Verlag, where he rose to deputy chief editor. Since 1999 he has been a freelance author working for computer magazines and PR agencies.
