Discharge pressures range from 50 psi to 15,000 psi (3.4 bar to 1000 bar), power consumption from 3hp to 150 hp, and flow rates up to approximately 2,000 Nm³/h, depending on inlet pressure and process gas. Today, PDC has over 2,000 compressors installed globally, including 1,400 installations in hydrogen energy applications.

Environmentally friendly compression: The design of diaphragm compressors prevents gas from leaking into the atmosphere. As a backup safeguard, our machines employ a Leak Detection System that monitors both the gas and hydraulic sides of the compressor, triggering an alarm and shutdown when it detects an anomaly. A secondary containment LDS “O” ring prevents fugitive emissions from escaping to the atmosphere.
